Vienna Latte

Driven by hunger and thirst, I had to get some food before I can think straight. Fortunately, Beacon Cove Café was there, right in front of the Tram Terminal. I charged inside, studied the menu.

I settled for a Ham & Cheese baguette and Vienna Latte – none back home had made this latte right – hoping it will finally taste right.

The baguette was quick to arrive. Though the latte took some time as I gazed at the process of making it – freshly brewed coffee with a dash of vanilla ice-cream on top – perfectly done, but how would it taste?

As the waiter brought the latte to me, the ice-cream was dripping all over the cup. I snapped a few shots of my half-eaten brunch and took a sip. WHOW! Heaven! The prefect Vienna Latte in a long, long time, the long wait for it was more than worth it!
