Swimming Doggie

It was low tide when I arrived at the beach. The sand was covered with seaweed and seashells. The sea birds were basking in the sun, as they fed on the fishes occasionally.

There were speed boats and yatches in the sea. I settled on a huge rock that allowed me to enjoy the sea breeze.

Suddenly, I heard pattering of feet on the sand. Turning around, I saw two doggies. They went straight for the sea, chasing the sea birds that swooped past in frenzy. The white one stopped at the edge of the sea, but the cream-coloured Labrador went straight into the water!

Surprised beyond words, it took me a while to realise that dogs actually like to swim. Hey! We all learned how to swim with doggie style first! Now I remembered. This trip has certainly brought me closer to nature, and I have like it. Really like it.
