Memorial Arch

After the Aireys Inlet, we reached our first photo-taking point – The Great Ocean Road Memorial Arch. This was the third arch that was constructed. The first one had to be removed as the road needed to be widen, and the second one collapsed. The Arch was specially built in memory of those servicemen who sacrificed their lives while felling the forest for the Great Ocean Road.
