Hudson’s Cafe

I woke up feeling all so excited. The day has finally arrived. I’m going back to the Great Ocean Road again. The Twelve Apostles, London Bridge and the howling ocean. How often I have dreamt of revisiting these places.

Knowing Bourke’s Café would not be open this early, I walked right into Hudson’s Café around the corner for breakfast.

Looking at the various flavours bagels, I chose the blueberry one as the thought of the Manila blueberry bagel made my mouth watered. While waiting for the bagel to be toasted, I sipped my latte as I leaf through a magazine “World Soccer”. I was so engrossed in the articles inside, I nearly forgot about my bagel. I didn’t realise the Aussies actually take this World Cup quite seriously, and their top football league is known as ‘Hyundai A-League’. Hmmm..Hyundai is really into football.
