Cafes & Bookstores
At 303 and 305 Lygon St are Tiamo & Tiamo 2. Both are very Italian cafes, with a restaurant located at Tiamo 2. Seated outside are a bunch of Italian "uncles", chatting over some cuppa. So relax!! I read from somewhere that they sell some of the best Italian desserts there. But I didn't stop to eat as I tends to rush through my food when I'm alone.Next to Tiamo 2 was Readings, a literary institutions indeed, with its wide range of books inside. I had to tear myself away from there as spending time in the comfort of books is afterall, my favourite pastime. The songs that were played through the PA inside was Italian, no surprise at all. And one will get to feel very meditarranean there.
Sitting beside Readings was Jimmy Watson's Wine Bar. The name of this place was so obscured that I almost missed it. Plus, it was not open yet!! I almost gave it a miss even though it was one of the reccommended place in the booklet I read.
